Jonathan Simpson

Jonathan Simpson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network management and technical program leadership. From February 2004 to February 2014, Jonathan served as Business Systems Manager for Communications at Covidien, overseeing the EMEA network team and managing IS infrastructure projects. At Google, Jonathan held various key roles from February 2014 to March 2025, including Technical Program Manager, EMEA Deployment Manager, Global Deployment Manager, and ultimately as Global Workspace and Delivery@Scale Manager, focusing on the design and delivery of Google's enterprise network. Earlier experience includes roles at RWE npower as a Network Analyst and at ExxonMobil and IBM as a Base Infrastructure Analyst and Systems Engineer, respectively. Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s Degree with First Class Honours in Computer Systems and Networks from Plymouth University.
