Jonathan Wong

Jonathan Wong is an experienced professional with a robust background in technical account management, product operations, and consulting. At Google, Jonathan served as a Technical Account Manager, managing high-value enterprise accounts and leading efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and GCP marketplace utilization. As a Product Operations Manager, Jonathan oversaw travel ads and customer match products, driving product improvements and self-service support processes. Prior to Google, Jonathan held roles at Deloitte, where responsibilities included orchestrating data migrations and developing financial interfaces, as well as engaging in technology consulting focused on finance transformations. Jonathan holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science and Cognitive Studies from Vanderbilt University.
