Jörg Wagner

Staff Software Engineer

Jörg Wagner possesses extensive experience in software engineering, particularly in graphics and parallel programming. Early career began at Yager Development, focusing on game development, including shader programming and game engine work for various platforms. Subsequently, Jörg transitioned to NEC Europe Ltd as a Research Scientist, specializing in parallel programming and low-level driver development. Following this, Jörg held several positions at ARM from 2013 to 2021, progressing to Senior Principal Engineer, contributing significantly to Vulkan support for Mali GPUs. Currently, Jörg serves as a Staff Software Engineer at Google in the Pixel Graphics team, continuing to leverage expertise in advanced graphics technologies. Jörg earned a Diplom-Ingenieur in Technische Informatik from Technische Universität Berlin.
