Joselyn DiPetta

Joselyn DiPetta is a global learning, leadership development, and DEIB expert with over 20 years of experience in organizational development and talent management. Joselyn has held significant roles at leading organizations, including Google, where they developed and led strategies for a global workforce to foster equitable and high-performance cultures. With a background that includes serving as a Gender Specialist for USAID and working as a Managing Partner at Present Possibility, Joselyn's diverse industry experience spans tech, healthcare, and more across multiple regions. Joselyn earned a BA from Case Western Reserve University and a Master's in Public Policy from Georgetown University, alongside completing the Co-Active Coach Training Program at the Coaches Training Institute.
