Joseph Bartley

Joseph Bartley is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in process design, optimization, and management within the tech and finance sectors. Since March 2016, Joseph has held various senior management positions at Google, focusing on machine learning investment, infrastructure optimization, and demand planning. Key achievements include establishing efficient demand planning processes, building high-performing finance teams, and implementing SOX controls for technical infrastructure spending. Prior to Google, Joseph worked at PwC, leading audits for public and non-profit entities and managing global audit teams. Joseph holds a Master's Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a minor in Communications from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business.
