Joseph Szymanski is an experienced professional in administrative and business development roles, with a strong background in event coordination and fundraising. From June 2018 to October 2020, Joseph served as Interim Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO at Rich Talent Group, where responsibilities included co-developing content for an executive leadership summit and coordinating networking events aimed at addressing funding inequities for black female entrepreneurs.
