Joshua Emele is a seasoned software engineer with experience at prominent technology companies. Emele began a career in software engineering at Boeing as an intern from June 2005 to March 2010 before progressing to a software engineer role at JetHead Development from March 2010 to December 2011. Emele then worked at TrellisWare Technologies from December 2011 to October 2016 and at X, the moonshot factory, from November 2016 to July 2018. Following that, Emele was employed at Loon from July 2018 to December 2020 and has been with Google since December 2020. Emele holds a Master of Advanced Study in Wireless Embedded Systems from the University of California, San Diego, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University-Long Beach.
