Joshua Phipps is an experienced quality and electrical engineer with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University. Phipps has held various roles in the engineering and quality management sectors, beginning as an Electrical Engineer at Enercon Services, where responsibilities included developing compliance criteria and evaluating systems.
