Joshua Prickett, PHR, MA, possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent management across various organizations, including Luxottica, GE, and Google. Notably, during tenure at Luxottica, Joshua managed initiatives for diversity recruitment and developed onboarding experiences, while at GE, leadership was demonstrated in learning operations and data strategy, achieving significant cost savings.
