Joy Park is a seasoned professional in real estate development with extensive experience in high-profile projects. Currently serving as a Project Executive at Google since May 2019, Joy oversees the redevelopment of Chicago's Thompson Center. Previously, as Development Manager for the San Jose 'Downtown West' project, Joy was instrumental in managing an 80-acre mixed-use development featuring office spaces, affordable housing, parks, and retail. Joy's background includes a stint as Assistant Vice President at Extell Development Company, where notable projects included 680 Madison Avenue and the Hard Rock Hotel in Times Square. Earlier experience at Turner Construction Company encompassed construction management for a $670 million New York Police Academy facility and project management for significant international and domestic projects. Joy's career began with an internship at Perini Building Company, contributing to the CityCenter Las Vegas development. Joy holds a BS in Civil Engineering from UCLA and furthered education at New York University.
