Joyce Abou-Jaoude is the Industry Head for Travel & Tourism in the MENA region at Google, where they currently lead initiatives in this sector. Previously, they served as a Senior Analytical Consultant in FMCG MENA and held the position of Senior Manager for Sales Strategy & Performance Measurement at OSN. Joyce's career also includes internships in investment banking at Morgan Stanley, Nomura International, and HSBC. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Communication Engineering from the American University of Beirut and a Master’s degree in Management and Finance from HEC School of Management, participating in the CEMS program at both HEC and SDA Bocconi.
