Julia Potanina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in linguistics and artificial intelligence. Julia began work at Dialogflow as a Linguist/QA/Analyst from August 2014 to September 2017, after which Julia served as a Research Scientist and Team Lead at The Institute of Linguistics, Russian Academy of Sciences, contributing to research on multimodal communication. Since October 2017, Julia has been with Google, initially as a Manager in Conversational AI and currently as an Outbound Product Manager for the Customer Engagement Suite with Google AI. Julia holds a PhD in Linguistics from Lomonosov Moscow State University, earned between 2014 and 2019.
