Julia Ralston

Julia Ralston is currently the Content Strategy Manager at Google, where they lead a team of content strategists in developing and optimizing support content for various Google products. They previously served as a Manager and Content Specialist at Facebook, managing help center writers and evolving content standards. Julia's early career included roles as a Marketing Specialist at the California Department of Public Health and an Associate Editor at Discovery Girls Magazine. They hold a BA in Communication and Hispanic Studies from Boston College and have studied Spanish Literature at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
