Julia Zhao is a skilled software engineer with a strong background in Android development and backend design. With experience at companies such as Vibrent Health and Perfecta Federal as an Android Developer, Julia has also held various software development internship roles at AddThis, American College of Radiology, Innovative Defense Technologies, and Government Retirement & Benefits, Inc.
