Justin Bourguignon has extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies, beginning with a paid internship in Patient Accounts at Partners HealthCare, where responsibilities included account reviews and insurance follow-ups. Afterward, Justin worked at Compete, Inc. in Customer Service, providing tech support and creating documentation. At C-4 Analytics, LLC, Justin advanced from Online Content Editor to Senior Content Editor, focusing on content creation and team mentorship. Justin's role as Project Manager at Google involved managing quality assurance processes for AI tools, followed by serving as Help Content Manager, where documentation and stakeholder collaboration were key duties. Additional experience includes content strategy at the USS Constitution Museum and social media coordination at AEI Speakers Bureau.
