Justin Mears has extensive experience in account management and technical operations, primarily at Google. As the Head of Account Management for Google Helpouts from May 2013 to May 2015, Justin established the strategic partner management function and led a team to optimize partnerships with over 50 large brands. Prior to that role, Justin served in various capacities at Google, including Team Lead for Online Sales and Operations in AdWords, where management of sales teams generated over $100 million annually. Justin's earlier experience includes serving as a Sr. Network Operations Technician at Global Crossing and as Operations Manager for Google Apps Technical Support. Justin holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a BA in Telecommunications Management from Western Michigan University.
