Justin Towner has a diverse background in higher education administration and technical recruitment. From 2013 to 2014, Justin served as the Student Regional Director at the Association of College Unions International. During 2013, Justin also held internships in athletics marketing and at the National Association for Campus Activities (NACA) at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. From 2013 to 2015, Justin worked as a Graduate Fellow in the Office of Multicultural Affairs at the same university, advising over 30 clubs, participating in the Heritage Awareness Committee, and serving as a Diversity Peer Educator. In 2021, Justin briefly worked at Google as a Technical Recruiter, Technical Sourcer, and Staffing Services Associate within Recruiting. Justin holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, both from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
