Kaitlyn Reno has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, having worked for multiple companies as a Freelance Recruiter and in Recruiting Operations from 2021 to 2022. Prior roles include Recruiting Manager for Permanent Placement at Robert Half from 2015 to 2018 and Recruiter at Fastly from 2018 to 2021. Currently, Kaitlyn serves as a Business Partner at Google since 2023. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from San Francisco State University.
