Kalpan Raval

Kalpan Raval is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and business strategy. As the GTM Strategy Leader for Digital Transformation at Google since November 2021, Kalpan focuses on innovative market strategies. Prior to this, Kalpan served as the Global Ecosystem Leader for Enterprise Migration Strategy at Amazon Web Services, managing partnerships to facilitate enterprise migrations to the cloud. Kalpan co-founded A Good Engineer, dedicated to connecting top tech talent with opportunities in leading companies. Furthermore, significant roles at Tata America included Practice Director for Strategic Partnerships and Sr Manager for Strategy & Business Solutions Development, where Kalpan developed strategic alliances and managed outsourcing engagements. Early career experiences included program management positions at the Los Angeles Times and TCS, as well as a contractor role at GE Energy.
