Kanu Singhal

Kanu Singhal has extensive experience in technology and software engineering, beginning as a Technical Analyst at Goldman Sachs from June 2007 to April 2008, where responsibilities included enhancing market-making and trading systems for equity derivative products. Since May 2008, Kanu has served as a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Google, leading a team of approximately 50 engineers to develop a privacy-centric analytics product utilized by around 100,000 large enterprises and over 1 million small and medium-sized businesses. Kanu's earlier roles include a Research Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology from August 2005 to May 2007, contributing to the development of the "Jigsaw" visual analytics project, and a Research Intern at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in May 2006. Kanu holds a Master of Science from Georgia Institute of Technology (2005-2007) and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Maharshi Dayanand University (2001-2005).
