Karen Lam is a Senior Account Manager at Google, where they have been since 2025. Previously, they held roles as a Key Account Manager for both Mid Market and SMB sectors at Google from 2022 to 2024, and worked at Procter & Gamble as a Key Account Manager from 2020 to 2021. Before their tenure at Procter & Gamble, Karen founded Aeree23, the first athleisure wear co-retail business in Hong Kong, achieving significant sales and brand partnerships. Karen is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems at HKUST Business School.
