Karol Różycki

Karol R is a seasoned Business Process Management Consultant with expertise in finance and accounting, currently engaged at Karol R since January 2022. Previously, Karol R worked at Eltel (2018-2021) as a Project Manager and R2R Manager, overseeing various finance processes and leading a team of accountants. Earlier experience includes roles at Unifeeder as SSC Finance & Administration Manager, as well as at Metsä Group in positions ranging from General Ledger Deputy Manager to Senior General Ledger Accountant. Initial career development occurred in the civil engineering sector as Chief Financial & Accounting Specialist. Karol R holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Gdansk and a Postgraduate degree in accountancy & finance from Gdańsk University of Technology.
