Kat Earls is an experienced professional in strategic planning and digital marketing, with a career spanning various prominent organizations. From April to October 2014, Kat served as Engagement Director at iCrossing, managing key accounts such as LG Global, Ally Bank, and L'Oreal. In March 2017, a transition to J. Walter Thompson Worldwide occurred, where Kat held positions including Head of Strategy at JWT SF and Digital Strategist for Rolex Global, handling a diverse client portfolio.
