Kate Beddoe is the Managing Director of News Partnerships, APAC at Google and serves as a Board Member for Country to Canberra, where they empower young rural women and non-binary individuals to achieve leadership potential. Previously, Kate held various roles at Google from 2019 to 2024, including News Partnerships Director and Head of News & Publishing Partnerships, APAC. Their earlier experiences include serving as the National Digital Director at the Australian Radio Network and Corporate Communications Manager at ninemsn. They earned a degree in Communications from the University of Canberra and completed a leadership program at the University of Oxford.
