Kate Grey is a quantitative behavioral scientist and user intelligence lead with extensive experience in social psychology and user experience research. They served as a lab manager and research coordinator at Northwestern University, followed by a role as a graduate research fellow at the University of Southern California, where they contributed to interdisciplinary research programs. Kate has also worked at Google as a quantitative UX research lead and performance management lead researcher, focusing on enhancing user experience and evaluating performance management processes.
