Kate Kustermann Rivera

Kate Kustermann Rivera is the Global Head of Cloud Learning Offers at Google Cloud, where they lead the Cloud Learning @Scale team focused on upskilling practitioners in a cloud-first environment. Previously, they served as a Cloud Capability Development Leader at Deloitte, where they developed a strategic curriculum to enhance cloud skills across the organization. Kate has extensive experience in technology leadership, having held roles such as Deputy Chief Information Officer for the City of Chicago and Senior Associate at CSC Index. They also have a background in product development engineering at Procter & Gamble and strategic marketing at Motorola. Kate is currently pursuing education at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
