Kate Smith is currently a Senior Counsel in Regulatory Affairs at Google, specializing in competition and antitrust law, cross-border litigation, and complex appeals. They have served as a Trial Attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Department of Energy, and have experience as a Judicial Clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit.
