Kate Smith ACC

Kate Smith ACC is an experienced educational leader and consultant with a diverse background in teaching and coaching. Kate served as Deputy Head Teacher at THE MILL ACADEMY and GLF Schools before taking on the role of Senior Leader, SENDCo, and Head Teacher at Oxfordshire County Council, where leadership in a values-based C of E Primary School was a key focus. Currently, Kate leads as HeadsUp4HTs Network Leader & Coach, facilitating a national network for headteachers while also functioning as a #IAmRemarkable Facilitator at Google, empowering individuals to promote themselves authentically. Additionally, Kate operates as an Educational Consultant and directs Live Love Learn Lead Ltd, emphasizing holistic leadership and wellbeing. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Education from the University of Gloucestershire and various coaching accreditations from Transformation Academy and Resilient Leaders Elements.
