Katherine Spicuzza

Katherine Spicuzza is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in audit and governance roles. Katherine served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, where responsibilities included developing quiz questions and supporting student engagement. Following this, Katherine held positions as a Senior Internal Auditor at Sleep Number Corporation, and a Risk Advisory Consultant at EY, focusing on control testing and process documentation. At UnitedHealth Group, Katherine advanced to the role of IT Governance Manager, overseeing IT ICFR programs and leading audit management tool development as a consultant. Currently, Katherine is a Cloud Controls Program Manager at Google, managing control creation and administration for Google Cloud.
