Katie Kozuki is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate development and technology advertising. Currently serving as Senior Director of Corporate Development at Google since September 2007, Katie specializes in mergers and acquisitions as well as strategic investing for Alphabet and Google businesses, while also leading the international deal team and the Strategy & Scouting function. Prior to this role, Katie was the Head of Technology Advertising for Online Sales & Operations at Google AdWords, focusing on client services for North American tech advertisers. Additional experience includes serving as a Board Observer/Director at Mobvoi and positions at Google, eBay, and Accenture. Katie holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Stanford University.
