Katie O'Leary is a Staff UX Researcher at Google, where they lead user research for Cloud AI Agents products and services, collaborating with design, PM, and engineering teams to create user-friendly agent building products. Previously, Katie worked as a Graduate Researcher at Kaiser Permanente Washington Health Research Institute, focusing on chronic disease management design.
