Kelsey Parr

Kelsey Parr has a diverse background in recruitment and admissions, with experience spanning over a decade. Kelsey served as the Assistant Director of Admissions at The Art Institute of Austin from July 2012 to June 2013, managing the admissions process and leading presentations for prospective students. From April 2015 to September 2018, Kelsey held roles at Google as both an Associate Recruiting Coordinator Lead and Recruiting Coordinator. Prior experience includes positions at Teach for America, where Kelsey worked as a Recruitment Specialist, Senior Recruitment Associate, and Recruitment Manager, achieving significant increases in applications and alumni engagement during tenure. Kelsey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from California State University, Long Beach.
