Kerry McHugh

Kerry McHugh has extensive experience in communications across various organizations. At Vulcan Inc., from September 2019 to December 2021, Kerry served as Senior Manager of Communications and previously as Manager of Corporate Communications. Prior to that, from December 2010 to August 2016, Kerry held several roles at the Washington Environmental Council, including Communications Director, Communications Associate, and Communications Manager. Kerry also worked as a Communications Officer at PATH from August 2016 to July 2018 and served multiple roles, including Legislative Correspondent and Interim Press Secretary, in the Office of Congressman Brian Baird between May 2004 and October 2004. Additionally, Kerry taught at the College of Foreign Languages, University of Hue, with Volunteers in Asia from July 2005 to June 2006. Currently, since July 2022, Kerry has been a Communications Manager focusing on Technology and Society at Google. Kerry earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from The Johns Hopkins University in 2003.
