Kerry O'Shea

Kerry O'Shea is a seasoned Talent Market Strategist with extensive experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and diversity initiatives. They currently serve as the Head of Diversity, APAC Recruiting at Google, where they manage significant teams and drive impactful diversity programs. Previously, Kerry held key HR roles at Life Technologies, American Power Conversion, and Morgan Stanley, and they were a Vice President at Oak Associates in Tokyo. They also have served as a part-time lecturer at Nanyang Business School, NTU, contributing to the education of future leaders in business. Kerry holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Trinity College, Dublin, and completed an Accelerated Development Programme at London Business School.
