Kessie Blay

Kessie Blay is a Technical Program Manager at Google, focusing on fleet strategy and operations within AI and infrastructure. With past roles as an IP/RAN Engineer, NOC Engineer, and Senior Solutions Architect, Kessie has built substantial expertise in IT strategy, engineering, and enterprise architecture. They also served as the Acting Head of Enterprise Architecture at Ecobank Transnational Incorporated, driving technology strategy and operationalization of the enterprise architecture framework. Kessie holds a Master’s degree in International Business Management from the University of East London, where they continue their studies.
