Keum Yoon

Keum Yoon has a robust legal background with significant experience in corporate law and counsel roles. Beginning as an Associate at Clifford Chance from September 1996 to September 2000, Keum Yoon continued to develop expertise at Shearman and Sterling until June 2005, before joining Morrison & Foerster LLP as an Associate until May 2007. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel at Google, Keum Yoon holds a JD in Law from Fordham University School of Law (1994-1997) and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Columbia University (1989-1994), as well as a BA in Chemistry from Bryn Mawr College (1985-1989).
