Kim Ngo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical program management and technology leadership. Since joining Google in May 2006, Kim has held the position of Director of Technical Program Management, overseeing infrastructure and end-user feature programs for the payments team. Notably, from 2014 to 2017, Kim managed a program management team within the Search and Assistant Engineering division, leading the delivery of end-user search features and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. Prior to Google, Kim served as a Technology Manager at Accenture from September 1999 to April 2006, working on various client engagements, including roles at Sun Microsystems, BEA Systems, Blockbuster, and Virgin Mobile USA. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M University, earned in May 1999.
