Kira Smartt is a Recruiting Manager at Google, where they currently lead a talented team of recruiters focused on sourcing top Technical and Program Managers across all Product Areas. With extensive experience managing large teams and cultivating new leaders, Kira has navigated significant changes while fostering an inclusive environment. Prior to their role at Google, they worked as a Financial Consultant at Smith Barney and held positions in recruitment at Exclusively Legal. Kira is also pursuing a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego.
