Kirk Mitchell

Kirk Mitchell is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in the location and mapping industry. Currently serving as the Head of APAC Partnerships for Google Maps, Local Search, and Google Earth, Kirk previously held prominent roles at HERE Technologies, including Vice President and Senior Vice President for the Americas. Kirk co-founded Tenzeng and has contributed to several pioneering companies, such as Webraska Mobile Technologies, which was the first to publish maps on mobile devices. With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Cartography and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Land Data Management from RMIT University, Kirk has also shared expertise as an Adjunct Professor and guest lecturer. Additionally, Kirk is a former elite triathlete who represented Australia at six world championships.
