Konstantine Tsotsos

Konstantine Tsotsos is a Senior Staff Software Engineer and Manager at Google, serving since October 2016, where responsibilities include leading engineering teams focused on Android XR Passthrough and overseeing research-to-product initiatives in computer vision and sensor fusion within the XR domain. Prior to this role, Konstantine worked as a Research Intern at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory in mid-2012, developing a visual-inertial sensor fusion framework for pose estimation in micro air vehicles. Konstantine holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science from UCLA, earned between January 2011 and January 2016, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Science with a major in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto, obtained from January 2007 to January 2011.
