Recognized as a passionate thought leader and advocate, KR is actively involved in advancing disability inclusion, gender equality, and LGBTQ rights within the technology innovation and marketing sectors. As the Global Head of Disability Innovation at Google, Brand Studio, she spearheads efforts to ensure equal access and opportunities for all individuals. With an exceptional track record of success, KR's leadership and expertise have propelled her to the forefront of the industry.
In 2017 KR successfully lobbied on Capitol Hill with Senator Warren’s team and helped passed legislation called the Over-The-Counter Hearing Aid Act of 2017, which was signed into law by the President on Aug 18th, 2017. In 2022, this established a new retail channel for hearing aids to be sold over the counter in retailers like Best Buy and other major retailers.
KR is on several boards such as Deaf Kids Code, AAPD, and was recently appointed by President Biden to the United States Access Board.
