Kristen Richards is the Director of Product Management at Google. Previously, they served as Chief of Staff and Group Product Manager for the Developer Platform at Twitter from 2013 to 2017. Kristen has also held positions as a Group Product Manager and Senior Product Manager at Google in 2021, and as a Program Manager at Brightcove from 2009 to 2013. Earlier in their career, Kristen was a Consultant at Xactly Corporation from 2006 to 2010 and completed an internship at Watermill Ventures in 2006. Kristen holds a degree in Managerial Economics from Bentley University and has certifications from Net Objectives and the Agile Coaching Institute.
