Kristin Hansen currently serves as a Senior People Partner at Google, providing support to senior leadership teams within the Legal and Compliance sectors, having previously worked with teams in Security and Privacy. Prior to joining Google in July 2017, Kristin held various roles at AB, including VP of Talent Management and Diversity, along with positions in training and development. Kristin began her career at McKinsey & Company as a Program Specialist from 1999 to 2004. Kristin holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from Drew University. Currently, Kristin is pursuing coaching education at the Hudson Institute of Coaching.
