Kristin Moore is currently a Sr. Staff UX Research Manager at Google, overseeing a user experience research team focused on commercial and consumer initiatives for Google Meet and GenAI features. From 2012 to 2015, Kristin worked as a Managing Consultant in user experience research and usability engineering at IBM Global Business Services, where they augmented staff UXR for both State Farm and Google. Prior to that, they were a Technology Fellow at CNO Strategic Studies Group from 2011 to 2012. Kristin is also pursuing a Ph.D. in Human Factors Psychology at Clemson University.
