Krunal Siddhapathak

Krunal Siddhapathak is an experienced engineer specializing in Design for Testability (DFT) and Memory Built-In Self-Test (MBIST) activities. Krunal's professional background includes a role as DFT Senior Lead Engineer at Qualcomm, overseeing MBIST insertion and verification for all Qualcomm DSP cores, along with scan insertion and ATPG for select cores. Subsequently, Krunal transitioned to Google, first serving as a DFT Engineer and currently holding the position of Silicon DFT Engineering Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Senior Design Engineer at STMicroelectronics, focusing on Memory BIST development and verification across various technologies.
