Kumar Pratyush

Kumar Pratyush is a Machine Learning Engineer at Google since September 2025, contributing to advanced machine learning projects. Currently serving as a Maintainer for the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) and an Approver for the CNCF OpenTelemetry project in the CPP and PHP community. Prior experience includes working as a Machine Learning Engineer at Moloco in the Ads division, focusing on the development of ML and statistics models for ad bidding and forecasting. Kumar has also held positions as a Software Engineer at AppDynamics, specializing in backend C++ development, and as a Student Researcher at the Complex Networks Research Group at IIT Kharagpur, working on graph topology and machine learning. Kumar's academic background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
