Kunal Lad

Kunal Lad is a Senior Software Engineer at Google since August 2019, focusing on building a Generative AI-powered Education and Learning platform to enhance transformative learning experiences across various Google products. Prior experience includes roles at Caspar AI, leading Computer Vision development, and at the Texas Advanced Computing Center, where Kunal developed ontological representations for natural hazards data. Kunal's career at Google also features impactful work on Machine Learning models, a Map-Reduce pipeline for content moderation on Google Maps, and contributions as an intern on improving Gmail's spam classification. Kunal holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin and dual degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
