Kyla Kelly

Kyla Kelly is the Chief of Staff for Sales Strategy & Operations at Google, where they leverage extensive experience in digital marketing and operations to drive strategic initiatives for the Americas sales organization. They began their career as a Caddie at Olympia Fields Country Club and later transitioned into marketing as an Administrative Assistant and Marketing Analyst Intern. Over seven years at Google, Kyla held various roles, including Partner Manager for major clients in the financial services and food industries, before moving into product strategy. They earned a B.S. in Marketing and Business Process Management from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and studied at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.
