Kyle Ali

Kyle Ali is an advocate for educational and workforce equity who currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at Google, leading initiatives to foster diversity in technology education through programs like Code Next. As a committed leader, Kyle previously excelled in various roles at Google, shaping team culture and strategy, and also served as Global Chairperson of the Black Googler Network, enhancing the company’s inclusion efforts. In addition to current engagements such as teaching at Villanova University and working with Wind + Sail Leadership Partners, Kyle's past experience includes impactful roles at Teach For America, where significant contributions were made to educational equity. Kyle holds degrees in Political Science and Journalism from the University of Missouri and an MBA from Baylor University.
