Kyle Kordan

Kyle Kordan has extensive experience in recruiting and account management across various roles and companies. Starting at Cohesion from June 2008 to May 2012, Kordan began as a Recruiter in the Cleveland office, quickly advancing to an Account Manager and launching the Columbus office. Kordan then joined Dawson Resources as an IT Business Development Manager from June 2012 to September 2013, focusing on new business development within the IT division. Kordan's tenure at Google included multiple positions from January 2016 to November 2023, culminating in the role of Recruiting Manager for Search, while earlier roles involved leading sourcing teams and scaling HR processes.
